DOUGLAS POLLEY has been in financial services for over 30 years. Most recently he spent 20 years investing in event driven equities and distressed credits as CEO and CIO of Noyack Creek Capital and as Partner and Portfolio Manager at P.Schoenfeld Asset Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund. Previously he spent 5 years in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs and before that, 3 years as a corporate and securities lawyer.
He holds a BA with honors from Brown University, a JD from the NYU School of Law and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.

PATRICK SULLIVAN

PATRICK SULLIVAN has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, as an underwriter at American Financial Group, a corporate attorney at the New York Law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton, and an investment banker at Marsh & McLennan Companies. From 2007 through 2014 he acted as Senior Advisor to Lightyear Capital LLC on their insurance investments, and during that period served on the Board of Directors of Lloyd's underwriter Antares Holdings Limited and US specialty insurer Houston International Insurance Group.
Patrick holds a degree with honors in Asian History and Japanese language from Carleton College and a JD from New York University School of Law. He previously served as President of the Princeton Board of Education and is currently President at The Learning Cooperatives, an educational not-for-profit, and a Trustee of Integrity Media, a not-for-profit that supports investigative journalism.
KATIE CUSACK is currently an independent director on the board of Sabra Health Care REIT. Katie had a nearly 25 year career in investment banking, including both client facing and management roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and MTS Health Partners. After nearly 10 years in M&A execution roles at Goldman Sachs and MTS, she held management roles at for 14 years at Credit Suisse, including COO of investment banking for APAC and EMEA. During 2021, she served as the COO for Cornell Capital LLC, a mid-market private equity firm.
Katie holds a degree in East Asian Studies and Mandarin language from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has been a Trustee of Hudson Guild, a settlement house in NYC, since 2003.

BUCKLEY RATCHFORD is a New York-based private investor and former Partner at Goldman Sachs. Buck manages Jackson Square, LLC, which focuses on private investments in credit, equity, and venture capital. He also acts as a Board Member and Senior Advisor to start-up enterprises in emerging sectors.

In 2012, Buck was the sole Founder and Managing Partner of Wingspan Investment Management, LP, a hedge fund with over $1.5 billion in capital under management. Prior to Wingspan, Buck spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Partner in the Securities Division and ran businesses including Global Bank Loans and Private Finance, Asia Ex-Japan Credit Trading & Private Investing, and Global Credit Distressed Investing.

Buck Ratchford earned a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government summa cum laude from Dartmouth College.

STEVEN MANDIS is Chairman of investment company Kalamata Holdings and senior academic advisor to FIFA. He was an adjunct associate professor in the finance and economics department at Columbia University Business School.
Previously, he worked as an investment banker and proprietary trader at Goldman Sachs and Chief of Staff to the President of Citigroup, and as a senior advisor to McKinsey. He has written several award winning books, including What Happened to Goldman Sachs and The Real Madrid Way.
He holds a BA with honors from The University of Chicago, and MA, Phil and PhD from Columbia University. He was a two-sport athlete in college and has competed in the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.
